Privacy Notice

What we collect,and why.

This notice describes current practice for the Attention Inc. website and for participation in our applications and engagements. It is written in plain language and will be updated as our practices develop.

Website and contact information

When you send an inquiry through the contact page, your email application sends your name, email address, chosen inquiry type, and message directly to us. We use that information to reply to you, to understand what you are asking for, and to keep a record of the conversation.

Marketing and inquiry correspondence is kept separate from application participation and from private reflection recorded inside an application.

Private participant records

Reflection written by a participant inside The Prompt Literacy Assessment belongs to that participant. An employer, sponsor, manager, or organizational client does not receive participant words, quotations, individual reflections, corrections, or revised prompts.

With separate consent, a small set of non-identifying prompt-pattern signals may contribute to an aggregate cohort report. Reports are not generated for fewer than ten consented completions.

Vocational records inside UnMuted

Work history, vocational reflection, skills evidence, needs, and planning material written inside UnMuted belong to the person who wrote them. This material is not sent to an employer, sponsor, or organizational client, and it is not used to make employment decisions.

Continuity is user-controlled. You decide what is remembered, revised, exported, shared, or deleted, and you may begin again without using prior material. Labor-market information generated inside the application is exploratory and should be verified against current sources.

Organization-owned records

Outputs produced in an organizational engagement, including the organizational AI Contribution Map, governance and security requirements, and implementation planning documents, are owned by the organization. They describe workflows, policies, roles, controls, resources, and organizational conditions. They do not contain private participant reflections or employer-facing profiles of individuals.

A Map generated for an individual who enrolled on their own belongs to that individual and is not provided to an employer or sponsor. In either case, the method, SHIELD architecture, tier framework, and templates remain Attention Inc. intellectual property, licensed for use rather than assigned.

Your choices

  • You can ask what information we hold about you and request a copy.
  • You can ask us to correct information that is inaccurate.
  • You can ask us to delete your inquiry correspondence.
  • You can withdraw consent for aggregate cohort contribution at any time.
  • You can decline to share anything you do not wish to share.

Analytics and third parties

We do not send form message content, application content, private reflection, or organizational narrative to analytics tooling. Session replay and page-content capture are disabled on forms and on application routes.

Some applications and resources involve third-party platforms and providers. Their availability, terms, pricing, and data practices are set by them and can change. Third-party fees are separate from any Attention Inc. access price.

Asking a privacy question

Privacy and security questions are welcome. Use the contact page and choose the Privacy or security inquiry type, or read more about the design commitments behind these practices on Trust Architecture.
