What a pilot may include

Elements are chosen based on specific needs.

Not every pilot includes every element. The written assessment determines the scope of work. 

• Leadership scoping — mission priorities, decisions, and pilot objectives.
• The Prompt Literacy Assessment cohort work — private for participants, aggregate only with consent.
• A Faithful Presence SHIELD scope for selected workflows.
• An organization-owned AI Contribution Map built progressively through the work.
• Governance and security requirements for the workflows in scope.
• Implementation planning, including a 30/60/90 plan.
• Learning and Capability Pathways for identified capability needs.
• Handbooks, when licensed in the written scope.
• An executive readout.
• A return review of evidence after implementation begins.

A pilot does not grant tool or platform permissions, approve data use, accept risk, certify security or compliance readiness, make employment decisions, or provide legal advice.
