We design and build toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That is our working target, and we are striving to reach this standard. We do not state that this site or our applications conform to WCAG 2.2 AA, because that scope has not been independently verified.

• Keyboard-only navigation and completion of every primary path.
• Visible focus indicators and a logical focus order.
• Semantic headings, landmarks, buttons, lists, and form labels.
• Menus and accordions that announce their expanded state.
• Reflow at 320 CSS pixels and readability at 200 percent zoom.
• Approximately 44 by 44 CSS pixel touch targets where practical.
• Sufficient contrast, and no meaning carried by color alone.
• Respect for reduced-motion preferences, and no autoplaying media.
• Descriptive alternative text for images that carry meaning.

Some material we publish originates as documents and slides prepared for other settings. Tagged and fully accessible versions of every handbook are still in progress. Third-party platforms used for application access have their own accessibility characteristics that we do not control.
